1. Introduction
Welcome to the Trackit-Lite website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products and services from Trackit-Lite.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Products
Trackit-Lite supplies GPS tracking devices, vehicle security products and related accessories.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate. However, images are for illustration purposes only and products may vary slightly from those shown.
We reserve the right to update specifications, pricing and availability without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown during checkout.
- Prices may change without notice.
- Price changes will not affect accepted orders.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is only formed once we send you an Order Confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- products are unavailable;
- pricing errors have occurred;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- incorrect information has been provided.
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Payments are processed securely using trusted third-party payment providers.
Trackit-Lite does not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier companies;
- severe weather;
- customs delays;
- industrial action;
- supplier shortages;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been made.
Ownership of the goods remains with Trackit247 Ltd until payment has been received in full.
8. Returns
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To qualify for a refund:
- the product must be unused;
- it must be returned in its original packaging;
- all accessories and manuals must be included;
- the product must not have been installed unless found to be faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
9. Faulty Goods
If your product develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Subscription Services
Some products require an active subscription to access live GPS tracking and connected services.
Trackit-Lite offers both rolling monthly and annual subscription plans.
Monthly Plans
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month.
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided.
Annual Plans
- Annual subscriptions are paid in advance.
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- If cancelled during the subscription period, the subscription remains active until its expiry date.
- Annual payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to make subscription payments may result in suspension of tracking services until payment has been received.
Trackit-Lite reserves the right to amend subscription pricing. Existing customers will receive reasonable notice before any changes take effect.
11. Installation
Many Trackit-Lite products are designed for simple self-installation.
Installation instructions are supplied with eligible products.
Some products require professional installation.
Products requiring professional installation will be clearly identified before purchase.
Certain insurance-approved tracking devices must only be installed by an approved installer in order to meet insurance requirements.
Trackit-Lite accepts no responsibility for:
- incorrect installation;
- vehicle damage caused during installation;
- failure of products resulting from incorrect installation;
- insurance claims declined because an approved installer was not used where required.
Where installation is arranged through Trackit-Lite, installation is carried out by suitably qualified installers.
12. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all new products supplied by Trackit-Lite include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring during normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage;
- misuse;
- neglect;
- incorrect installation;
- modifications;
- unauthorised repairs;
- cosmetic damage;
- water damage where the product is not designed for such exposure;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by vehicle electrical faults.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Trackit-Lite may:
- repair the product;
- replace the product with an equivalent item;
- provide a refund where repair or replacement is not appropriate.
Products may need to be returned for inspection before warranty claims are approved.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
13. GPS Tracking Services
GPS tracking relies upon external systems beyond our control.
Performance may be affected by:
- mobile network coverage;
- GPS satellite availability;
- tunnels;
- underground car parks;
- buildings;
- weather conditions;
- electrical interference.
Trackit-Lite cannot guarantee uninterrupted GPS tracking or mobile network availability.
Tracking information should not be relied upon as the sole source of information in emergency situations.
14. Acceptable Use
Our products must only be used for lawful purposes.
You agree that you will not use our products:
- unlawfully;
- to stalk or harass another person;
- to commit criminal offences;
- to interfere with another person's privacy;
- in breach of any applicable law.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal authority to install and use any GPS tracking device.
Trackit-Lite accepts no liability for unlawful use of its products.
15. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate information when placing orders;
- keep account details up to date;
- ensure products are installed correctly;
- comply with all applicable laws relating to GPS tracking;
- maintain subscription payments where required.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- logos;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- videos;
- product descriptions;
- software;
- documentation;
- website design;
belongs to or is licensed by Trackit247 Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
17. Website Availability
Although we make every effort to keep our website available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, upgrades or operational reasons without notice.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this, Trackit-Lite shall not be liable for:
- indirect loss;
- consequential loss;
- loss of profits;
- loss of business;
- loss of contracts;
- loss of data;
- loss arising from interruption of GPS or mobile network services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
19. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store and process your personal information.
20. Force Majeure
Trackit-Lite shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
These include, but are not limited to:
- severe weather;
- flooding;
- fire;
- war;
- terrorism;
- strikes;
- power failures;
- internet outages;
- supplier delays;
- government restrictions.
21. Business Customers
Where products are purchased by businesses, the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 relating to cancellation rights may not apply.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
23. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be published on this website.
Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
