RETURN & REFUND
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging, and any accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label (if within 14 days), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Activated SIM cards or subscription services once the subscription period has begun

Items returned outside the 14-day window

Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error
Subscriptions & the 14-Day Free Period
All subscriptions purchased with a device include a 14-day free tracking period, giving you time to receive and install your device before your paid subscription starts.
For example, if you purchase a 1-year subscription, you will receive 14 days of free tracking, followed by 12 months of paid service.
Subscription refunds are not available once the 14-day free period has started.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the quickest method is to return your original item (within 14 days), and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
